Dr. Sultemeier has been the primary care pediatrician for all of my foster/adopt children... We have never been treated poorly by any of his staff. He has a perfect bedside manner with children and their nervous moms and is always willing to give a complete explanation of his diagnosis and what he is prescribing! Best doc in town!
Dr. Sultemeier was a good doctor for my daughter when she was a baby. Although he did misdiagnose her once and I ended up taking her to another doctor. The last time I made an appointment, I had to CALL and cancel because my daughter was miserable with the flu. I knew the best thing to do was to keep her home and let it run its course. When I went to make another appointment, they called the last appt a "no show" and said my daughter can never be his patient again. Absolutely no understanding or compassion. First time missing an appt because she was sick. Well, now she sees a better doctor. I guess it's a blessing in disguise. Dr. S's staff is very unprofessional and rude.
