I wish I could give no stars, because that's what this store deserves. I went to the store to use my Ipad promotion coupon and wasn't able too because my phone carrier flagged my account for a fraud check, but their fraud department is closed on the weekends so I would have to go during the week. Well the problem with that is the promotion ended this weekend. Talked to the store manager and he told me his hands were tied, there was nothing he could do for me, and that it was verizons fault. Well I called Verizon, and they tell me, yes they are sorry about the Fraud department being closed on the weekend, but since it was Best Buy's promotion and not theirs, that Best Buy could have honored it on Monday since I was there in time and none of this was my fault and beyond my control. So the store manager just didn't care or want to help me, which I find appalling since I've always been a good Best buy customer. Worst thing about all this, it took them an hour and a half to tell me. So heed my warning, don't go there, find somewhere else to go, so hopefully you will receive better service elsewhere.

I'm not really a fan of these mobile stores that best buy sets up. The selection is pretty small, and you can go to a ton of other places in the area and get exactly what you want for cheaper.

Messed up when activating my AT&T phone and did not inform me of activation fees with AT&T. Never got billed by AT&T until I was sent to collections for not paying the activation. Best Buy didn't take responsibility for it and not I'm stuck with the stink of not paying a bill that was never properly charged. Thanks for the hassle!

Worst experience ever. I went to return an item. I was told by the gentleman working today December 28th 2016 that I could go to another Best Buy and not have to wait. I told him I was not leaving. He then proceeded to tell me that it would be a 30 minute wait. He told me I could leave and come back. I did not see the point in leaving and losing my place in line since he appeared to only be able to help one person at a time. I waited for about 20 minutes while he had his customer at the register. He then again told me I could leave and come back when another employee would arrive. I again told him I did not want to lose my place in line and I would wait. He did not appear to know how to multitask. It would not have taken but a few couple of minutes to issue a refund. He was making small talk and did not appear to be in any hurry to complete the transaction he was working on. When the other employee walked in at 4 o'clock he went straight to the back and the employee I've been speaking to went to the back also. Overheard him say he was going to transfer data Between the phones. I just purchased an iPhone and I know that you do not have to be present while Data is being transferred between the phones. The employee returned back to the customer in front of me now there's another gentleman also waiting. He tells the customer that the other employee is now working on transferring the data Between the phones and he proceeds to stand there and speak to the customer in front of me. So now there are two employees working for the same customer ! About 10 minutes later the other employee walks out with the phone and hands it to the customer. The first employee tells the man I'm standing in line for a refund and he walks away to help another customer. The second employee also walked away from from me and walks out to help a customer that had just walked into the store. At this time I told him I needed my refund and I've been waiting 45 minutes. The second employee that had walked in at 4 finally comes to the counter where I've been standing and ask me if I was returning the phone I handed him. It took him less than a minute to refund me. And I have been left there waiting for over 45 minutes. Worst customer service ever. I have never ever written a review. Just had to vent.
