Standard best buy store. Somewhat on the smaller side but they have most of what you need. Friendly employees.
I love how knowledgeable everyone is. Makes shopping easier even if you don't know much about your inquiries/purchases. Helped me out beyond my imagination and taught me a few things.
I have a hard time giving many things 5 stars these days ... I feel it inflates the review. Nevertheless, I went into this store specifically seeking one thing only. I made a "Bee line" straight for the home audio section and was immediately approached by an associate who noticed the look of confusion on my face. I was clearly lost and he dedicated his time to helping find what I needed after listening to what I wanted to accomplish with my home audio setup. In short, I decided on an item, he retrieved it from the back and carried it up to the register and even checked me out. The customer service was top notch and I wished I'd asked for his name to give a shout out.
They are always helpful. Prefer to get my phones from Best Buy because their insurance is FANTASTIC!!!!! With Sprint, i have to pay $100.00 when my phone breaks down but with best buy insurance (Only about $10.00 a month) I dont pay a penny!!!
The customer service at this location is great. I went in a couple of months ago looking for advice on new computers. I was interested in the All-in-one option, but still was not sure if it was worth it. The sales associate took the time to break down what I was getting for the money I would be paying. He explained the difference in the operating systems. He said the i7 was the fastest and most expensive version on the market right now and would be good for things like gaming. I am not a huge gamer and mostly use my computer to edit and store documents. He then explained that the i5 would probably be best for my needs. It's fast enough to do what I need, and I'm not spending money on features I will not use. It's nice to know that when I visit this store, I am going to be respected as a customer and not pressured into buying something I don't need. I ultimately bought an HP Pavilion all-in-one computer and so far I am loving it. It was easy to set up, it looks great, and it has a nice large screen.
