I went to pick up some trufuel. I only saw the premix and an older woman asked if I needed help. I asked if they carried non mixed trufuel. (It's ethanol free fuel). She got a manager on her radio and as she was asking what I was looking for he started laughing and said "do you mean gasoline" extremely slowly. I don't have any hearing or learning disabilities so I can't understand what would make a manager think that would be an acceptable way to speak to a customer.
Not as organized as would be expected but still great location.
Customer service was lacking. Unprofessional/unorganized staff. I'm hoping I was in there on an off day but I won't be returning to this store.
Truly awful organization with almost no prices posted. I probably would've spent at least a couple hundred if I could have just told how much things were without tracking an associate down every time. Sad, because typically I prefer atwoods over TSC.
The gun clerk couldn't tell me the calibre or ammo capacity of any long rifle. Other than that, great store.
