Employees were all very courteous and helpful. An employee saw me helping my son load lumber on a cart and he stepped right up and helped.
I paid $1250 for a new stove and waited almost 3 weeks for delivery. When they pulled my old stove out they said they couldn't install it because it was wired directly in wall so now we have old stove sitting in middle of kitchen and new one in garage. We are unable to move them and waiting on electrition to come out. We had paid to have old one hauled off. Very disappointed and unhappy.
Very disappointed in the patio furniture sale. The sign in the department was very misleading. Even the employee stated it was on sale, loaded it on the cart, took it to the register for us, and then found out it was not on sale at all. You would think at that point they would have honored the employees word.
Adam in cabinet hardware is fantastic at greeting and making the less informed not feel stupid. He went out of his way! You rock Adam. Thank you for your excellent service!!!
A lot of staff standing around looking at cell phones. I just left about 30 minutes ago. I asked the TWO employees standing at self checkout (does it take two to watch customers check out?) for help with some bolts and screws and waited 20 minutes for NOBODY to show up. When I asked again I was told the "expert" was gone for the day. The question was WHERE is a certain type of bolt was at and neither could find it on the app. One called the manager who also never appeared. As I walked out I counted 6 orange aprons standing at the front idle...on cell phones.
So...two employees at self checkout, 6 standing around, nobody knew where the part I was looking for was at. Well done Home Depot.
