Had a nightmare experience with some self plumbing at home. Luckily an awesome employee in plumbing at this store was able to help us find what we needed even though she said she's fairly new. Thank you Dana H. And I hope you get the recognition you deserve. Retail can suck but you have wonderful patience and knowledge.
Really annoying intercom system where customers press buttons to summon employees. The whole store has to listen to it repeat over and over when it's busy or a customer is impatient. Plus the service selection and prices weren't great. I'll be going to Home Depot.
I bought a sheet of plywood and had it cut in store. The gentleman and was polite and appeared to be very helpful. Except when I got home i had to recut it. It was not.even close. Good thing I bought the barbie whole sheet.
