Very rude, unprofessional, uncaring staff from the DON down to the aides. If you want your family treated without dignity the send them here. Food is unedible slop. Dogs get treated better at the Humane Society. APS please do a surprise visit ASAP.
This home is unprofessional poorly ran and with the exception of a few wonderful nursing staff members. I have witnessed patients treated with extreme disrespect
I can't wait to transfer my Dad out of this facility. Social worker Mac is a big a-hole. Facility smells like pee. Some of the nurses are nice, but this is a horrible place to bring your loved ones. They treat patients like they are in a mental hospital instead of assisted living. APS needs to investigate them asap.

Social worker on-site never updated the patient info like he was supposed to so we could call and inquire about my wife's father who is now calling us to tell us how much they're not doing anything they're supposed to. Rude nurse answered and refused to help fix it even though my wife has a power of attorney over their patient. There's a reason this was the only place chosen by the VA... You get what's paid for. Also, there is two young female nurses who refused to do their job and lied saying the patient changed his mind about something they didn't want to have to do, so another nurse had to go ask him and do it instead. That said nurse even said the other two nurses are bitches which tells you they know there's a problem within the facility with it's staff. This place needs to be shut down. Period. I wish we could afford a decent nursing home and didn't have to rely on the VA.
