So, I would advise you to take the holiday St. exit then take either 6th or 8th to Broad St and follow it until it ends at the health department.
Hello. if you are getting directions to the wic office, it will tell you that it is located on Holiday St, but it is not. If you take those direction, you will end up at a cemetery. It is actually on the other side of the Fwy off of Broad Street. If you look at the map you can see that 3rd is on both sides of the hwy - what looks like the dead end to Broad St is actually 3rd (apparently 3rd turns there).
They never answer the phone....
