The staff are very friendly and communicate well with each other. They didn't hassle me about their online store price, they honored it. I like knowing that picking up certain items is very easy for me at this location. I enjoy coming in here and shopping.

Today the store did not have enough employees. I had to wait for help for several minutes. The one employee in the copy area was assisting one person while on the phone with another. I finally asked if I could make copies myself, however, one machine needed toner and the other had an error. So I had to wait yet longer. Eventually I got what I went there accomplished. It was not a good experience and three people were still in line when I left.
Customer service is very lack luster. Have basically all the basic school supplies you need.
