Great service and amazing help with everything between phone setup and talking about plan options. I would recommend this store for any phone customer.
Jose H. hooked me up with a new plan and new phone quick. He made me laugh, as well as showing and telling me everything I needed to know about my new set up. Great customer service! Will definitely come back again!
I would give 10 stars if it would let me. The service at this location was the best customer service by far. After the not so good service at the corporate location in WF, we went to the mall location. Robby was fantastic. I was able to upgrade my phone and get savings I never knew I could get. His district manager was there, along with a Samsung rep. I was glad to have Robby serve us .
Wouldn't even give this place one star but I had to in order to leave a comment. This place is good at being friendly to customers but sucks at doing there jobs. They do the PHONE BUYOUTS in store DO NOT LET THEM DO IT!!!! Do it YOURSELF ONLINE!!! They are technically not allowed to do it in store. We got 5 phones from them 4 are iPhones and two had buy outs that needed to be done it's been 5 MONTHS STILL NO CARDS to pay off our old phone companies. And we have gone to them to resubmit our last bills 4 times and they still have not got it right. One time it never got submitted because they fired the girl who was supposed to do it and it just sat in a drawer for 2 weeks. I'm so tired of dealing with sprint! Definitely going to a different sprint store but I really don't even want sprint ad a wireless provider anymore.
