Update: received a call from the hateful people in Lubbock...same old story it's somehow my fault that they violated the contract! I'm just a stupid customer that should give them more $ and get nothing again. Shockingly they found my account and furniture and after I come pay more $ I can get it. NO way!!! I moved into a new city and new house 2 years ago. I waited 6 months for these people to get my furniture. I had no choice but to go to a competing store and buy a house full of furniture from some great people!! Now Ashley wants to give me credit. I need my $ not a credit. Their loss because I bought a lot more than $3000 worth from other store. Now I have to go to court to get my $ back. Ashley furniture has no intention of doing the right thing. Run people run!!! They have done this to others and they will do it to you.
Have been waiting 2 years to get my furniture. The Wichita Falls store stole about $3000 from me. All I ever get is the run around and told to call Lubbock. What kind of store doesn't answer their own phone? I certainly don't want the furniture anymore. I bought from another local store and got great service. I feel no choice but to turn this over to my attorney. I don't plan to allow this store to steal my money. Beware of this place I have heard nothing but horror stories about them.
Rosemary did a wonderful job showing us various living room groups. Once we made our decision, the purchase process was pleasant and easy. Kudos to the delivery guys. They were very professional and friendly. They took great care to make sure nothing got damaged while loading in. Overall, a great experience!
Love the furniture. It is quality. But, I never could get the pillows that I bought. Still waiting for the home office to refund my money back into my account. I tried hard to resolve this issue peacefully.
My husband and I went to your store just to look around. We ended up buying a sofa and two recliners. It was delivered in about a week 1/2. Rosemary was very helpful and patient with us. We were not sure exactly what we wanted. She made our shopping experience at Ashley Furniture wonderful. Thank you Ashley Furniture and Rosemary. We will be back soon.

Furniture arrived within the time frame discussed; communication to confirm delivery was efficient and timely; delivery associate called ahead of drop off time and arrived within minutes as discussed; kind and courteous at meeting, quickly set up furniture, clear to disclose instructions and information regarding delivery. Would refer!
