Wonderful service from Tabitha! My new bed feels like a big fluffy marshmallow! I love it more than my own family.
My husband and I had a great experience - we were immediately greeted and offered waters (much appreciated in 100+ heat!). The salesperson asked what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction, letting us know to ask if we had any questions, but she didn't hover or put any pressure on us. After going to every other furniture store in town, this was such a relief! We were either hounded or ignored at all the other options, which was frustrating.
We found a beautiful bedroom set for an incredible price (which also beat all the competition), and are so excited with our purchase. I definitely recommend Home Zone!

Tabitha greeted us very shortly after we entered, asked what we were looking for and quickly pointed us in the right way. She stayed close to us but no where near smothering, always able to answer any questions. She also had no problems assisting us in lifting mattresses and box frames to check clearance levels for a tricky problem we have. They are not commission based and had no problem letting us continue to examine our options at other stores. We were quickly back as price per quality wasn't matched anywhere else in town. Robyn assisted with our financing and was able to get us way more than we thought possible, at a rate half of what Big Lots could have given us. Robyn explained everything perfectly and played around with our options to get us way more than we had hoped for. So smooth and quick, it did seem effortless. Will be back
