If I could I would put a negative 5 star I bought a Olivia bunk bed yesterday from them and when we got home and got it to where we could assemble it we find out there is no hardware to pUT it together then we find out it is water damaged badly and that it is cracked and it is a used bed and they say they can't get the hardware for 1 to 2 weeks and that was before we notice it is water damaged and used now I know why I do not buy from furniture stores especially when I paid $2000 for the bed bunk bed and the mattresses thank god the mattresses r in great shape my husband is returning it today and we will do what we normally and go look for beds on Facebook because then I know what I am getting into. Thank you very much for nothing but making 2 lititle girls upset
Now let me say that the staff was always nice and softly spoken but this was the breaking point for me. I live out of town so driving back to the store front is a larger inconvenience for me than some. It took another two weeks before I had everything I had ordered. Hell I was getting bills for the financing before I had a complete bed set. That sales person should have never asked me to pay a difference on that bed. That is what makes good customer service.
A week later I got a phone call, they said my trundle came in along with the dining table I ordered. Got there and it was the drawer set not the trundle. This is were they went wrong! The sales lady spoke aloud as soon as I walk in the front stating that she had made a mistake. She apologized and made the necessary corrections on their system. She then told me that I would owe an additional $58 dollars due to the price difference. I told them that I would not pay that since it was their mistake to begin with. This person also knew about the other two times I had to go to the store just to get the hardware and missing rail. She already knew that I have been inconvenienced twice already and had the nerve right after admitting fault to ask me to pay an additional $58.
Not a great buying experience at all. First, I ordered a Bunk bed trundle set. They had most of the bed in stock so I took home what they had. Got home late in the evening to find out one of the bed rails out of four was missing. Okay weird but okay. I went back the store in a hurry and they had one available. Should have looked closer because I then found out that the hardware bag was missing after I got back home. Went back to the store now getting late and was given a bag wrapped in tape. Went to assemble the bed to find that there was four missing cross dowels. So being late as it was I went to lowe's and purchased more.
Great store! One stop shopping! We ordered a sectional and it was delivered and put together today. We love it! Thank you!!

I had a great experience with Furniture Row and highly recommend purchasing furniture here. My husband and I went to three different furniture stores looking for a bedroom set. We were able to schedule our delivery the same day we purchased the furniture. Cody went above and beyond and called to let us know our furniture could be delivered even a week early! Our furniture was delivered and set up as promised and my husband and I love it! It is solid wood, very well made, and our new bed is so comfortable. We will continue to shop for furniture here because of the excellent quality and wonderful customer service.
