I give us 5 stars. I'm the manager at Johnson's Furniture and Mattress. There is 2 people on here that gave us bad reviews. We let a sales team Walquist Management come in and have a sale to try and get rid of our overstock. The reason I let them come in and sell was they took me to a Dallas Cowboys game and let me sit with Dak Prescott dad and agent in a box suite. Their sales team came in and was very pushy. The other review came from one of their friends. Go to Facebook and check out the reviews. We try to take care of our customers and treat them like family. I wish I had never had the sale but we live and learn. These people that wrote the bad reviews would not put this on Facebook because my friends would not like this. They know us better than this. So I hope the negative reviews does not keep anyone from coming in. I take full responsibility for these actions and I apologize so much for anyone that has had a bad experience at Johnson's. I promise we will do about anything to keep our customers happy. Again I apologize for anyone that had a bad experience! The one review on Facebook with a 1 star was from my aunt. She thought 1 star meant the best. She feels so bad but it's ok. Ask around if we will take care of our customers. You will find out that we honestly truly care for our customers. The are our #1 priority. We won Texomas Best Furniture Store 3 years in a row. 2014, 2015, 2016. So I hope that will let people know those 2 reviews are silly.

problems. I admit I thought there is no way a mattress can help. Well, I was wrong. About a week later her back pain all but gone and I cannot believe how much better.
This is a place where you can count on a good selection of quality furniture. My parents always purchased furniture from here and when I moved out on my own, I purchased the majority of my furniture from here as well. Friendly people and excellent furniture. Best in town.
