The room was very spacious and clean, the indoor pool was nice. The bed was firm, which I prefer, but the kids disliked the pullout sofa bed (very uncomfortable). The continental breakfast was typical, nothing too fancy but there was quite a variety of choices and the serving staff were very accommodating and friendly. All our interactions with the staff were friendly! We did see the gym although we didn't enter.
Nice spacious room. Quick check in. Convenient location. Can walk to grocery store next door for snacks. Good value. Will stay here again.
Where do I start? It was clean enough at first glance, but they didn't have one of our 2 rooms ready for almost three hours after check in and offered no compensation or apologies. The pillows and bedding are stored in boxes in the HALLWAY near the elevators. Which is very unsanitary and I'm shocked any manager would allow that.
Great hotel, right off of the freeway and the fact that it's right next door to Starbucks and a grocery store made it super convenient for us just traveling through. The beds were comfortable, we loved the high cielings and the small extra things such as make up removal clothes. The staff is also very friendly! We were traveling with our dog and the staff placed us in a room away from others and close to the exit for convenience. We booked online through Southwest and weren't aware of the extra dog fee. The last few places we stayed with our pup, we didn't have to pay a fee and they even inluded dog bowls and treats for our stay. I wish this hotel took that extra step as well as cleaned the golrounds that have a lot of dog poop in the grass, especially if they're charging a fee for their stay. Overall, still the most comfortable hotel we've stayed in so far!
It was a pretty nice place to stay but don’t expect any stunning views. It has a nice little indoor pool and hot tub. It was great the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. WiFi connected well and TV worked well. Personally I liked how close it was to the Market Place which had a great beer selection and a really delicious burger place/bar in the opposite direction that was also w/in walking distance. Mall isn’t too far of a drive either.
