Coming to Denver Mattress was the best experience ever. The process was simple, everything was priced great, will come back anytime I need anything bed, mattress, pillow related.
Went in just to buy a set of sheets. They still had a record of the first set I bought 4 years ago. Haven't been able to find any sheets to compare to their bamboo sets. They had to special order them but it's worth the wait.
I went to Denver Mattress in Wichita Falls,TX in Dec 2010. ALL I needed to purchase was a waterproof mattress cover. The salesperson, a young man in his 20-30s was assisting a young woman. That was fine, though she was JUST LOOKING.....and was unsure what or if she was going to make a purchase. So instead of him saying, "why don't you continue to look and I will check this customer out.." I wait and wait and wait forever....finally I put the mattress cover down and left. He missed a sale but he also missed future sales be/c I have such a negative view of Denver Mattress. They know nothing about customer service.
Great prices, great people. Really take the time to get you in the right mattress. Don't go anywhere else!
