Staff is very friendly and accommodating...every one of them was great so that's why I give it four stars. However, for $95+tax a night... room was substandard. The carpet was just flat out disgusting. Pillows were oddly small...like the size of a couch throw. Lots of noise on second floor hallway at 3am... There is a stairway that leads up to the second floor right where the front desk is and they should have heard that and asked those people to not run up and down the halls.
Nice, clean rooms; friendly staff; good complementary breakfasst, price gouged considerably during my visit.

Not the cheapest but still under $80. Clean rooms. Good mattess. A bit bouncy. COLD AC!! Good location. Would stay again.
We stayed at this hotel on 6/10/17 for one night. The hotel was very nice and so were the employees. Our room seemed to be clean, but my husband got bit by bed bugs and he killed a roach on the wall. There were 2 beds and the one me and my daughter slept on, didn't have bed bugs because we didn't get bit. We told the lady working at the front desk when we checked out on 6/11/17 and she said she was going to tell a manager about this and my husband would get a call. To this day, no one has called my husband. For the price we payed, $116, its disappointing that there were bed bugs and a roach.
