We came to Wichita Falls for a football game and I chose to stay at The Comfort Inn. This is one of the cleanest properties that I have ever stayed in!. My daughter and grandson remarked about how clean and nice this hotel was. My grandsons especially enjoyed the provided breakfast. I am a long time Choice Hotels member and advocate, this one will get you rested and on your way with cleanliness, safety and convenience.
This hotel is not only extremely clean and updated but the staff is amazing! My husband dropped his key down the elevator shaft and the manager went out of his way to ensure we got it back that day since we had to get my husband back onto the air force base. I highly reccomend!
We had left the hotel and within 2 hours I receive a call that I let go to voicemail. It was the front desk at the Wichita Falls Comfort Inn calling to inform me we left something in our room. My sister's tablet. They held it for me to pick up when I would return in 3 days. I am so impressed with the honesty of this staff. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, shower was great, halls were quiet and clean, breakfast was good. But, you cannot overlook, change, or fix a staff's honesty. Please reward this staff. The Comfort Inn on Kenley in Wichita Falls, Texas deserve your consideration.
It is pet friendly but people let their dogs bark all evening and then in the early morning. There's also an odor of animals. None of the mirrors in my bathroom were ever clean. The staff was nice and the breakfast was average. I definitely won't stay there again
Had a great stay, quiet and restful. Real clean also. Breakfast was good and hot, good variety of food, always enjoy a hot waffle. Oh, people were great.
