I stayed at the hotel with a few other people, and two people I traveled with said the someone had been in there bags. I don't know of someone went through my bag but nothing was missing. I know that can happen anywhere and it is probably just one person, but there seemed to be little concern given when the issue was reported to the front desk. They did have Bud light on tap in the afternoon, so at least that was a plus. :)
I was only ever there for a brief period of time to attend a meeting however, I was greeted by friendly staff upon entry and the rooms and restrooms that were used were in top notch condition.
The hotel and bed was comfortable but when i left my room, for work, then returned in the evening... my luggage had been gone through. I immediately informed the front desk but was never informed as to who the person was and what were they planning on doing about it. I will not be staying at this Hotel again in Wichita Falls, TX off of Kemp Rd.
I attend a business meeting each week at this hotel and the first thing I always notice is how wonderful it smells when you walk through the front doors. The place is always clean, the staff is always pleasant, and they have complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Wichita falls area. Plus its located within a mile of just about anywhere you might need to go!
Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Pool and hot tub great and indoors. Breakfast had some gluten sensitive options - bacon, fruit, boiled egg, cereal, oatmeal with roping options. The breakfast staff graciously let us check ingredients on juice for my daughter that is allergic to dye. Great place to stay.
