Purchased mattress on 07/16/2016. Sales rep was very knowledgable and informative. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would consider purchasing from them in the future again.
I have referred friends and family in the past, but I will NOT continue to do so. Unfortunately, Richard (the acting manager) quickly lost my business for that location as well as the company as a whole. I will do my research and buy elsewhere for any of my future bedding needs.

BUT, their current acting-manager is unwilling to uphold offers and agreements made by Jerrod. Nothing of which was outrageous or unreasonable.
When working with the prior manager Jerrod our experience was absolutely fantastic, ***** 5 stars*****! There was some miscommunication with one of the sales associates but Jerrod made it right and did everything he could to earn our business.
