Very professional and courteous staff. Kenny, Nat, and Darla were very helpful! Thank you for a very nice and pleasant stay. Both times I stayed was for business and I will stay again. My rooms were clean and stocked well with fresh linens. Breakfast was convenient and totally awesome! The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well. Pools were very clean for a communal setting. Thank you for a great stay!
I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. I just think they need to update the breakfast to match the cost of the room. The hotel does not offer anything that is more than normal to ask for a$100.00 a night. That is too much.
The accommodations here are wonderful! The bed is comfortable, the maid service is exceptional! Our room was cleaned daily, with clean towels and fresh linens. Everyone is professional and pleasant. Although I didn't use the pool, the kids really enjoyed it. I'm glad your here and affordable.
The rooms are ok but the housekeepers need to vacuum whole room. They need to learn to leave the ac on low as it takes a couple of hours to cool the rooms or replace the old units. Breakfast isn't bad. In summer it would be a great idea to have ice water or flavored water in lobby area.
The room we stayed in, in fact the whole floor, had been recently renovated, so it was really clean with up to date fixtures. Both the indoor pool and hot tub were crystal clear and at perfect temps. The staff was exceptionally attentive, Nate being a standout. I'd definitely take my family there again
As a Choice member you should get some kind of perk each time, water, snacks, something for being loyal
Also need ice on every floor not just 1st. Could use updating but for cheap price not bad.
