Its too bad it took me four days to file a complaint with the health department since the towel head had cleaned the room by then (probably for the first time in years). People need to be aware of this establishments actions so it doesn't happen to them. All I wanted was my money back as I paid for services that were never received. I spent a total of maybe 15 minutes inside the room. Thank god I had the foresight to have a police officer look at the condition of the place before leaving. Now when im done suing the goatf#$&er for everything he has im gonna have his sorry butt thrown in jail.
rented motel room, room was disgusting, bug ridden and nothing worked properly On 28June2016 at 1935 I rented a motel room at the Royal Inn located at 3102 Seymour Highway in Wichita Falls Texas for 1 month and paid $550 on my Visa Debit card. After paying for the room me and my fiancée went out to run some errands and have dinner. Upon returning to our room (122) we discovered the A/C did not function properly, the fridge didn't work at all and when I used the restroom the toilet backed up all over my feet and the floor. My fiancée was advised by his father to check the seems of the mattress as that's the common area to find bedbugs.
the next morning we contacted the bank to stop payment and found out it had already processed. The bank is in the process of reversing the charges but that takes two weeks IF they are able to, this was a large portion of her social security check that she needs to survive for the month. I have since contacted the City of Wichita Falls and filed a complaint with the health department (complaint number 32451). He has since lied to the bank saying we were still staying there even though we rented a house the next day and he had already rented the room again! This has hurt us so much financially that she wasnt able to fill herprescriptions (not good considering she suffered a heart attack two months prior).

Upon looking we did in fact find small brownish black bugs. we immediately went up to the front office and told the owner that we wanted a refund because the room was not only dissatisfactory but also disgusting. the owner immediately became very loud and irate yelling "no refunds" and saying there was nothing we could do about it. We both tried to talk to the owner but he only became louder and louder to the point we couldn't understand a word he was saying. since obviously this was not going to be resolved in that matter we immediately got in the car and vacated the premises.
A friend of mine lives there. The owners are kind and protective. I appreciate Mr. and Mrs. Patel!
Its a craphole but atleast the owners use the profits for their kids education: Pay for a week and little hodgie gets to go to bombmaking camp! But seriously I wouldnt stay here again, I am against funding the sexual assault of goats. If you are a tweaker who doesnt mind the bleating of a goat getting buttf#cked by the owner all nightband dont mind a few hundred bug bites than grab your meth pipe and head on down with the rest of the sh!theads that stay there.
