Awful place to stay, room has a hole in the wall, bathroom shower got a hole in the celling and the coffee pot is broke, did I mention they rented to room next to us to a street hooker.
The maids will steal your things if you leave it there. I left my room and about 20 minutes later I realized I left something I called the hotel to check on my belongings. I was told it was not there. I asked the owner to check the room or let me check it. He started yelling at me and refused. The room also smelled like pee. The place is a complete disaster and horrible service. I wouldn't stay here for free. So gross and shit service!
Safe to say I didn't return, nor WILL I EVER. No refund either. I stayed at the Comfort Inn right down the road and had an amazing stay. I wouldn't even take my worst enemy there.
I wish I could give it NO stars! Stayed 9/03/17, first room had no cable (rm 132), got switched to another room (rm 131) looked like it had been flooded at some point, literally saw water marks on every piece of furniture and it smelled like mildew, carpet was still damp. We were so tired, decided to go to bed to care, felt something on my pillow. Low and behold~BEDBUGS!!!!!! Everywhere! I go to front desk and tell them, she gives me yet another room....by this time, we load up and leave! Do not stay at this hotel! Worst stay I have ever had!
A convenient location, right off the highway, close to a gas station with little tidbit of everything. When checking in the lady was very nice. Needed extra towels and she was happy to help us. The rooms were clean and smelled very good. The sheets though, we're very cheap and scratchy. Probably the worst sheets I've ever slept on. The breakfast had a few choices, less than the normal continental breakfast. But they did have glazed donuts, which made up for the lack of choices. Overall for the price I paid, I'd stay again, but would honestly I would have to bring my own sheets.
I booked a nonsmoking room, yet cigarette smoke hit me in the face when I walked in. Walls yellow, mold all over furniture, BUGS ON WALLS. I didn't even bring my luggage in, thankfully. Bathtub broken and black. Tore bed apart and found bugs. While I was looking around the man came in behind me and I didn't know!! He scared me when I turned back around and I said I was not staying in this room. He proceeded to yell at me and tell me "THIS IS WHAT YOU PAID FOR THIS IS WHAT YOU GET"
No hot breakfast and coffee is old. Every other Travelodge offers hot breakfast clean rooms and even toothpaste wow this is just awful
If I could rate this hotel as 0/5 I WOULD. Came into the hotel to visit my fiancé @ Sheppard AFB, went into the lobby to three people LAYING ON THE FLOOR in the lobby, sweating. INSTANTLY was taken back by it. The man, who I've read in other reviews (must be Mr. B) asked my name to check reservations. Did not look at my ID, which scared me for security reasons, and just handed me my room key. I said "I will be checking the room, I'll let you know if it's okay" simply because my first impression wasn't well.
