UPDATE: Loses a star because the wait staff is incompetent. Brought out our kids food after I'm almost done. Brings out fries when we're getting ready to go. Plus, NO WET WIPES? I had traditional wings and I have to get up to clean up in the bathroom. Clearly not upping their game. DO BETTER!!! That's the only tip the server is going to get.
My husband took our son, his friend and I to BWW for dinner. They were not busy. The waitress was horrible. She put our orders in separate so the boys got their good 15 minutes after we received our food. The forgot our fries that were ordered. We had to ask for refills anytime we needed them. No extra napkins or wipes brought to the table. Waited 20 minutes for our ticket. Kudos to the manager for taking $10 off our ticket. However it doesn't excuse the waitresses shortcomings.
Messed up two of our orders. This is not the first time, up your game B-Dubs!!!!!!.
Walked in about 1230 and where seated right away. They gave us enough time to know what we wanted to drink/eat. We ordered lunch specials and noticed it said if the meal takes more than 15 min then its free. Let's just say our meal was Free, And we gave them a few extra minutes to account for the waitress handing in the order and receiving it. My coworkers shake took 15 minutes to get to the table and he didn't get charged. Food was good but they should work on timeliness especially when the restaurant has only a few tables
Lawton, Ok! Worst service ever! There 1 1/2 hours to eat. Had to ask for beers 4 times before they brought the first round. Had to ask for salad dressing 4 times. Order was messed up and took 25 more minutes and asking 3-4 times to bring out 4 naked tenders, had to get up and ask for silverware, had to get up and go ask for the bill. My water was never filled in 1 1/2 hours of being there! I’ve never walked a check, but I really wanted to today! Horrible! Horrible!
The food has been great, however for them only having 3 tables in the entire place being used the server was not very pleasant. All of us have bad days, but when in the service industry being polite to the client is a must. Also she continued to touch her hair and scratch her head. I will make sure not to have this server again.
