Love me some Taco Bell! I asked for onions in my pintos n cheese they put to many otherwise my steak n chicken both doubledillas were Great!
Onestly they shouldn't even have a star but the manager was rude she laughed at what I was telling her by food my bad never ever ever will I go back to this location in wichita falls tx Kemp street
3 different times in 1 week I received the wrong order, the order was "corrected", had to be corrected again then the drive thru employee tried to argue with me about my order being wrong and accused me of trying to get free food even though the order did not match the receipt, the tea (sweet and unsweet) tastes like actual dirt and the drinks are always flat and tastes like water. With every complaint and screw up the employees tried to argue with me or tell me i'm wrong about my order. The food is always cold.
That being said what really stood out was the service. The staff were engaging, polite, and they joked with me and made me feel welcome. Will definitely return. Big thumbs up guys!keep up the good work!
Not really sure how y'all run completely outta beef and beans. But overall food has been okay. Taco Bell offers an excellent menu that has some very nice specials. The workers are courteous and helpful. The waiting time is usually quite reasonable. There were polite people working there. Order was right food hot, fresh. The store was clean and condiments was stocked. Everyone that worked there and the customers were all smiling and enjoying themselves.
