Absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced The server over the phone had the worst attitude and was high took 30 minutes to make one sandwich Will not be going back and i Hope no one else does either sandwich was cold and on top of all that it took him 30 minutes to cook.
Festive atmosphere. They offer military and student discounts. The Philly cheese steaks was good but the ruben was not good at all. Don't know what the rave was about on a certain cooking show but where we ate was not anywhere near the greatness portrayed on the show.
I know that they hired more then one person to work here, so please don't have one person working the store at a time. This poor guy had a line, and he was trying to go as fast as he can, along with phone calls and keeping people in line happy. Sandwich is great he did a great job. Just wish he had some help.

They are absolutely disgusting and have no knowledge of proper food preparation. I wouldn't even allow my dogs to eat a sub from there. Health department WILL be called on them for being such a poor excuse for a restaurant.
